When you upload materials, submit written work, or when class transcripts are processed, that content may be sent to our AI sub-processor — currently Google (Gemini and Cloud Text-to-Speech) — to produce lessons, audio, quizzes, and feedback. We do not use your content to train our own models, and our AI sub-processor is contractually restricted from using your content to train its general models. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, AI, authentication, email, and monitoring providers), each of which is contractually obligated to protect it and process it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the rights and safety of BiteSizeSkills and our users.
